Changes in the last decade have made the homeschooling climate in our state more favorable than ever. Alabama's governing bodies have historically been accommodating to families educating at home and have taken a completely hands-off approach.


Legal Insurance?

The chances of needing legal representation in AL based solely on homeschooling is extremely small. Most, if not all, issues that might arise can be solved by an informed parent making a simple phone call.

Due to the fact that AL laws are so favorable for home-educators, there is currently no attorney licensed in this state who lists homeschooling as an area of expertise.
